ESPC has launched a new mobile property portal search app that gives buyers early access to thousands of homes before they appear nationally.
The Scottish property portal says users of the app will be able to view more than 80% of new listings up to 72 hours before they are advertised elsewhere.
It offers buyers across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, the Borders and Dumfries & Galloway an earlier opportunity to arrange viewings and make offers.
Alongside early access to listings, the app allows users to set instant property alerts, search using detailed criteria and download Home Reports directly from their mobile device.
Buyers can also access floorplans, virtual tours, mortgage calculators and book viewings through the platform.
Facilitating mobile-firstESPC says the app has been designed to reflect growing demand for a mobile-first property search experience while helping buyers act more quickly in competitive markets.
