Customer review platform allAgents has announced the winners of its 2026 People Awards, recognising estate and letting agency professionals based on verified customer reviews submitted between 1 May 2025 and 30 April 2026.

Joanna Irvine, spokesperson for allAgents, said: “These awards are a genuine reflection of how customers feel about the property professionals who have made a real difference throughout their buying, selling, letting, or renting journey over the past year.”

The winners include:

National

• Best Overall Female Agent (UK): Kelly Kennedy, Martin & Co
• Best Overall Male Agent (UK): Haden Donovan, Springbok

Leeds

• Best Estate Agent: Carol Flynn, Emsleys Estate Agents
• Best Lettings Agent: Bobby Sharma, Ritz Properties

Glasgow

• Best Estate Agent: Shona McCulloch, Pacitti Jones
• Best Lettings Agent: Javaid Haq, Martin & Co

London

• Best Estate Agent: Tendai Gasa, Aston Fox
• Best Lettings Agent: Stephen Sanders, Sanders Property
