Two former Knight Frank employees have launched a new residential development consultancy.
Ashlawn Chase was founded by Will Jordan (pictured left), and Charlie Steele (pictured right), who previously worked as senior leaders at Knight Frank’s land and development team.
The pair have nearly 40 years’ experience across the Midlands market.
Midlands marketThey have set up the new consultancy in Warwickshire’s Henley-in-Arden.
Jordan, formerly Head of Development at Knight Frank’s Birmingham office, said: “After many years advising across the Midlands market, we saw an opportunity to create a business that offers straightforward, commercially focused advice without unnecessary complexity.
“The market remains challenging and clients increasingly value direct access to experienced advisers who understand both the opportunities and the risks. Ashlawn Chase has been built around that principle.”
Launching Ashlawn Chase gives us the opportunity to provide a more personal and agile service to clients across the region.”
Steele added: We’ve always shared a similar approach to business, relationship-led, commercially grounded and focused on delivering results.

Clear adviceThe company is already advising on a number of residential-led development opportunities across the Midlands, with instructions spanning land disposals, acquisitions and development consultancy.
The company’s website states: “Ashlawn Chase Ltd was founded on a simple principle, to offer clear, honest and commercially astute advice in a market that often overcomplicates the process.”
It also claims that every instruction is director-led.
While the Midlands will remain its core focus, Ashlawn Chase will also advise on opportunities nationally where required by clients.
