HomeLet & Let Alliance has launched an integration between its Vision+ Tenancy Management platform and Street.co.uk.
The integration allows agents to seamlessly share property, landlord and tenant data between the two platforms, cutting out re-keying and reducing the risk of errors, giving agents a faster, more connected way to manage the end-to-end lettings journey.

Triggers in real timeThe integration means agents using Street.co.uk can trigger key Vision+ services directly from their CRM, including tenant referencing, while Vision+ ensures documents and tenancy milestones are tracked and returned to Street.co.uk in real time.
The result is a more streamlined process for teams, greater transparency for landlords and tenants, and a clearer audit trail to support compliance in a rapidly changing legislative environment.
