LSL has acquired a leading south coast franchise agency to bring its total portfolio of brands up to 12.
The group, which already boasts Reeds Rains and Your Move among its stable, now has Meyers Franchising after the purchase.
The deal will see 10 franchise partners and six branches added to LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s network.
Development areaLettings has been identified as an area for development in the Meyers offer that LSL can help to strengthen.
Founded in 2011 by Mark Meyer, Meyers Estate Agents is one of the leading sales agencies across a large part of Dorset and the south coast, with coverage extending from Christchurch and Bournemouth to Weymouth and Poundbury, then up to Sherborne and Shaftesbury.
